Mike Tyson

By: Dylan

Hey, you there my name is Mike Tyson, and today I shall be telling you about my life, my famous fights, and some random facts.

Anyway, let's talk about my life, when I was a kid my life was hard I mean my dad went to go get the milk when I was only two, talk about bad dad, moving on, being born in Brownsville Brooklyn, my life involved lots of bullying, petty crimes, and a lack of positive role models. Everything changed when I went to Tyron school for boys in Newyork, at the reform school I met Bobby Stewart, a former boxer that was also a counselor and Bobby recognized my potential.

That is enough Mike Tyson lore, now let's talk about my famous fights, fight number one, me vs Buster Douglas, was a crazy fight with me losing to Douglas by knockout and that fight was one of the biggest uproars in sports history. Fight number two, did you know in 1997 during my rematch with Evander Holyfield I bite off his ear, fun fact is tasted like cherry. Fight number three, in my fight with Larry Holmes, I barraged Holmes with a series of devastating combos until eventually hitting the winning blow. Fight number four, one of my fastest knockouts is when I fought Micheal Spinks, I knocked that man out in 91 seconds.
Hmm how about some facts and know you don’t have a choice, fact one, people think my net worth is around 20 million, but you will never know. Fact two, by the age of 13 I committed over 30 petty crimes “muahahah!” My most money-making fight was against Lennay Lewis, which made me around 103 million dollars. Well, that's all now shew I have to go fight Jake Paul now.

Muhammed Ali

Made By Isaac

Today I will be talking about a boxer named Muhammed Ali and in his younger years known as Cassius M. Clay. L am excited to show him to you and I hope you are excited to listen to me.

My first topic will be about him before a boxer. In Louisville Kentucky January 17, 1942, Cassius M. Clay was born. His mother raised him as Christian attending a Baptist Church. The young Cassius Clay was a poor student who struggled to read the printed word, probably because of dyslexia, according to his wife, Lonnie Ali. He discovered his talent of boxing by accident at the age of twelve when he told a police officer that his bike was stolen that is when he began fighting.

My next topic will be about Muhammed Ali in the ring. The one and only Muhammed Ali experienced his first loss in the fight of the century against Joe Frazier. Muhammed Ali won 56 out of 61of his matches. He fought in the (Rumble of the Jungle) against George Foreman. On February 25, 1964, Cassius M. Clay/Muhammed Ali became the heavyweight boxing champion of the world. He was the first boxer to win the world heavyweight title 3 times. He won the Olympic gold medal in 1960. Other awards Muhammed Ali won were the BET humanitarian award there is another award called the sports illustrated sportsperson of the year and a really cool one is the Bambi millennium award

The next extremely cool topic is Muhammed Ali doing cool stuff out of the ring.  those are some crazy stories about Muhammed Ali in the ring but he also did some crazy stuff out of the ring so that is my next topic

Muhammed Ali out of the ring. Muhammed Ali refused to fight in the Vietnam war and was arrested. He was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease at the age of 42. In 1996 after boxing, he lit the summer Olympics torch to begin the Olympics. He helped negotiate the release of 15 hostages in Iraq. He starred in a Broadway musical. A cool fact about him is that he had Irish roots and I have some Irish roots, so I thought that was cool. I hope you thought Muhammed Ali was cool out of the ring.

Thanks so much for listening I hope you enjoyed hearing about an awesome guy like Muhammed Ali the great Muhammed Ali died in 2016 in Pheonix Arizona Thanks again for listening to the presentation.
