P.T. Barnum

By Jesse

P.T. Barnum was a circus leader. I will be telling you more about him and his career in this presentation. So, I hope you enjoy it and let us get into the presentation.

P.T. Barnum was born in Bethel Connecticut on July 5th, 1810. Into a family full of laughs and pranks. He died in Bridgeport April 17th, 1891. As a successful circus leader with his loving family.

One time when Barnum was a kid his family and neighbors played a prank on him. They said he was inheriting a grand place called Ivey Island and that he was so lucky to be getting it. But it was just a mess and so the Ivey Island prank became a historical thing. later in his life, he married a women named charity and they had 4 kids. Caroline, Helen, Frances, and poulaine.

P.T. Barnum once bought a museum, and it was his first business success. When he started his circus, he joined someone else and made P.T. Barnum's great traveling museum menagerie caravan and hippodrome. In this circus they had acts Such as animal shows, acrobat's, animal tamers, and musicians. Sometimes if the actors could not perform, he would step in for them. He was also featured as the main character of the Greatest Showman.

That was my report about the Greatest Showman Phineus Tayler Barnum. He was a good person and a wonderful performer. I hope you enjoyed my presentation now, bye.
